About dylan

As a speaker and development consultant for a fortune 500 company, Dylan’s career gave her a front row seat to top performers. Often speaking in front of groups of 30 to 300 Dylan gave talks on everything from developing a personal brand to developing executive leadership.

In 2019 Dylan left the corporate world to use her talent for public speaking to make an impact in the world of personal development.

Dylan began her journey as a business owner by putting on personal development workshops in San Diego to help women build self-esteem.

Dylan then went on to organize talks and events designed to help women not just build their self esteem but also thrive in their relationships and businesses.

From there was born The Higher Self Creative, Dylan’s brand that brings women creative solutions to help them embody the highest version of themselves for a happier, more fulfilled life. Her brand currently offers an app called “Higher Self-Help” an online course, and several modalities of art that inspire women to do the work and have the courage to be their true selves.
